Paul Volchok and David Swire founded Volchok, Volchok & Swire in 2019. Prior to forming this firm, Mr. Volchok has 40 years of family law experience. Mr. Swire worked with Mr. Volchok as his clerk while going to law school at Loyola Marymount and for several years prior to that. The attorneys started their partnership shortly after Mr. Swire became an attorney, and have been an incredible team of experience and youth ever since.
